The staff were extremely courteous and helpful during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities. The location was perfect as it was close to major landmarks and had easy access to public transportation.

The bed was too hard for my taste and the linen could have been better quality.

There is only one negative aspect worth mentioning; the hotel looks a little outdated from the outside.

Spent xmas in this hotel and the room was cozy, had a TV and a hot tea kettle. the location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Best of all, the staff was friendly.

The room had a funny smell and some stains on the bed linens. the bathroom wasn't very clean and had limited hot water.
